the hotel felt kinda tired n needed updating. there were some stains in our first room which was gross.

Couple looking for a basic stay
got a clean double room with a good sized bath, staff moved us quickly when we had a jammed door. The jacuzzi was a nice touch even if it needed a shower curtain
it wasn’t exactly cheap but for the quick upgrade it was acceptable

Request a room on the upper floors for a quieter experience, as street noise might disturb your sleep on lower levels.

The location is great, with easy access to shops and attractions. the noise from nearby guests was quite disruptive, making sleep difficult at times. The staff were friendly and helped with our requests, but the initial room cleanliness left something to be desired.

Clean bedding and towels provided. Refrigerator available for storing drinks, ideal for long stays.
Room furnishings are outdated, with broken drawers and an extractor fan that doesn’t function. Shower soap dispenser malfunctioned, spitting out a rancid liquid instead of proper soap. The bathroom became a sauna after a hot shower, making it impossible to see in the mirror due to condensation. Noise from other guests in the early hours disturbed sleep, though it seemed to be an isolated incident. The decor feels tired, needing an overall revamp to elevate the atmosphere.

The parking situation is frustrating with limited availability!!! Noise levels from the streets are intolerable at night!!! Inadequate bathroom facilities need urgent improvement, as well as the overall maintenance of furniture and amenities!!!

Clean and comfortable room. Staff were friendly and helped with our luggage. Noisy environment with late-night drunks in the bar. Good spot for sports events nearby.

I had a lovely time at this hotel, especially enjoying the cozy single room and the inviting shared lounge area. It was nice to unwind with live music after a long day, but I did wish the Wi-Fi was a bit faster. Still, I'd recommend it for a comfortable stay! 😊

Convenient location with friendly staff
I stayed here for one night in a double room and found the location to be immaculate, just a short stroll from the bus and train stations. The staff were polite and always ready to assist, which made my stay more enjoyable. the hotel seems to be in desperate need of updating, as the furnishings and amenities felt quite outdated.

Had a night here while exploring the local art scene. The staff were genuinely helpful, and the room was spacious enough, although the decor felt a bit tired and the bathroom could use some updates. I especially appreciated being able to leave our bags after check-out so we could continue enjoying the city without being weighed down. The main downside was the noise from the corridors in the evening, which was a bit disruptive.

I booked a family room for one night. The room felt spacious and had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing with my kids. Proximity to local attractions made it easy to explore the city. the cleanliness left much to be desired. The floors were dusty, and I noticed some brown marks on the walls. The tea and coffee facilities were poorly organized, tucked away in a drawer. It was inconvenient and made it hard to enjoy a hot drink. I appreciated that the bathroom was clean, but it felt outdated. No breakfast options available was disappointing, especially when checking in. the noise level was an issue. we were kept awake by loud guests in the hallway. Room service was slow, making it challenging when we needed something quickly. I expected a bit more for the price paid, but we managed to enjoy our stay despite these inconveniences.
